Pondering...

No matter how I try to justify it, anger keeps me in chains, bound from the fulness of joy in my Savior. I struggle with that as any one else struggles with an addiction.

Although I am be no means an expert on resolution, I know what you mean about anger removing joy from your life. I can put an anger trigger away only to have it rear its ugly head at the most inopportune time. My only suggestion is to give your anger to the Lord on a daily basis. Just as an alcoholic turns to his Heavenly Father for help to overcome his addiction, make a concerted effort to serve your anger up to Him. Pray daily, AND whenever the anger surfaces. I'll put your situation on my personal prayer list, asking for healing and resolution. Blessings.
